In this course you will learn to knock it out of the park with customer “First Impressions”. You will master how to show them the big picture of their community and city they want to build in, down to the details of reading a community plat and selecting home sites that fit their plan. Let’s not forget the most intimidating part… money. You will learn how to talk about a sensitive subject and how to ask the big questions about people’s personal finances.
